Plutus-labs.com website (“Plutus”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“User(s)” or “You”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) was created to inform you about how we manage, collect, store and use the information you provide to us through the Plutus Platform (the “Platform”). In addition, the following Privacy Policy describes the measures we take to protect the security of the information we collect and how you can contact us regarding our privacy practices.

The platform enables its users, i.e., mortgage advisers, financial institutions and private customers to use the technology in order to calculate an optimal mortgage mix based on data and discounts entered by them taking into account the specific data of each mortgage loan and according to their expectations of the various market conditions. The platform makes it possible to upload thedata of the specific mortgage, borrowers’ limits, regulatory data and forecast of the market situation, byusers (referred to here as “the customer” or “the customers”" for convenience), and obtain after the calculation a new optimal mix or in comparison with a competing mix, based on the data entered (the “Calculation Product”).Sometimes the platform will be used by a professional for his clients (referred to here as “the borrowers” for convenience).As a customer, the Platform will allow you to benefit from a dashboardcontaining general data and numericaland comparative data with respect to the mortgage data on which the calculation was made (the “Platform Services”).

Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited only to information collected by us through your use of the Platform Services (whether such use is through any computer used to access the Platform Services, including without limitation, desktop, laptop, mobile phone or any other electronic device).

When you use our Platform, we may collect two types of information about you from you:
“Personal Information” means information about you that can be used to contact or identify you. Some of the information identifies you personally, such as your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc. This is the information that you knowingly, with your consent, provide for the purpose of receiving information and services displayed on the Platform.
“Non-Personal Information” means information that, by itself, does not allow you to be used to identify or contact you. This is statistical and cumulative information. For example, advertisements you read on the platform, the pages you viewed, the offers and platform services that interested you, and more.

1. How do we collect your information?

As a customer, you will provide Plutus with the details necessary for the communication, so that you canreceive the calculation productand also benefit from a dashboardcontaining analytics and other non-personally identifiable information, which can be accessed using your unique username and password. As part of these details, details of the end customersto whom the customer can send a link to the calculation product will sometimesalso be included. You declare that you have the rights to provide Plutus with the details of theend customersas aforesaid, to send a link to receivethe calculation product and you have received their irrevocable permission to do so.

2. How do we use your information?

We use the information collected from you as follows:

I) Platform Management and Provision of Platform Services: We may use personal and non-personal information to provide you with the Platform Services, to enable you, as a customer, to access the calculation products. As an end customer, we will collect information from the calculation products related to you in order to improve the services offered by the Platform.
II) Sending Messages: We may use your Personal Information to send you messages related to the Platform Service, as well as to provide instructions or help related to the Platform Services and/or your use of the Platform Services. Whenever you use the Platform, we may use your personal information to complete any relevant action necessary and contact you regarding the Platform or other questions.
We will act in accordance with the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982 and will use the email address or telephone number you have provided to us to send you information and updates regarding the Platform services you have requested to receive, occasional news, related product information, etc. If at any point you prefer to remove yourself from the mailing list, in order not to receive e-mail in the future, we attach detailed instructions for unsubscribe at the bottom of each e-mail.
III) Attachment of anonymous information: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may combine the different types of data we collect from you with other types of data we collect from you, our customers and other business partners. This collection will be carried out anonymously and in the aggregate and in a form that does not identify you personally, including through the transfer of hashed information. This anonymous, statistical or aggregated information, will only be used to improve our products and services. If non-personal information is collected for an activity that also requires personal information, we may combine your non-personal information with your personal information in an attempt to provide platform users with a better user experience, improve the value and quality of platform services, and analyze how the platform is used.

As a general rule, we will not share information about you, including but not limited to mortgage mixes in which your name appears, to any third party other than for the purpose of providing the Platform Services and as detailed in this Privacy Policy. However, you understand and agree that we may be required to disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid our legal liability, to comply with legal process, including, but not limited to, a subpoena, as required by law, search warrant or court order, or to protect our property and rights or those of a third party, protect the safety of the public or any person, or prevent or stop activity that is found to be illegal, unethical, or prosecutable.

In all cases of access and data collection, the personal information you provide will not be voluntarily disclosed, rented, loaned, leased, sold or otherwise distributed to third parties (excluding business partners and/or other parties specified in this Privacy Policy) and we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes (including direct marketing purposes) without your permission, except as specified in the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may and may share personal information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Platform, conducting our business or providing Platform services such as clearing services through which payments are made by the Customer to use the Platform. These third parties or agents may only use your personal information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us and are required to take reasonable safeguards to protect and maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

We may and may hire third party companies and individuals to assist in performing the Platform Services, performing tasks (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, website analytics and improving the Services) or assist us in analyzing how the Platform is used.

4. Retention of your information

Plutus stores information collected in connection with the platform with third-party storage providers such as AWS, which provide a high level of information security for your information. We also take commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information. In order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure, and to accurately manage data and ensure appropriate use of personal information, we take physical measures, Electronic and administrative are appropriate to safeguard and protect the information we process. In the event of negligent delivery, we will take commercially reasonable steps to limit and correct the delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to circumvent these procedures or use financial or personal information for improper purposes. We usecookies for the ongoing and proper operation of the platform, including to collect statistical data about the use of the platform, to verify details, to adapt the platform to your personal preferences and for information security purposes. 6. Change or delete your information

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the Platform Services, or as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you would like us to change or delete your listings on our system, please contact us on the Discord server and we will try to fulfill your request. Please note that it may be impossible to completely delete listings without retaining any data residue due to the way data backup is maintained byPlutusor its suppliers.

7. Privacy of minors

Plutus is committed to protecting children’s privacy needs and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18 and Plutus does not designate the Platform Services and its activities to children under such age. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take the necessary steps to remove such Personal Information and close the child’s account. If you are under the age of 18, Please do not provide any personal information to our Platform or ask us to email you.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy is the version that governs the use of your personal and non-personal information. In the event that we, in our sole discretion, decide that updates to this Privacy Policy constitute a material change, we will notify you of such changes in a notice posted through the Platform. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are under no obligation to notify the User of changes to this Policy that are not material and therefore Users should periodically visit this page in order to review the updated Privacy Policy to which they are subject.
