Use of the Website is subject to these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Policy – which together constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Plutus.

Service Description

The platform enables its users, i.e., mortgage advisers, financial institutions and private customers (hereinafter referred to as the “customer” or “customers” for convenience) to use the technology in order to calculate an optimal mortgage mix based on data and discounts entered by them taking into account the specific data of each mortgage loan and according to their expectations on the various market conditions.
For example – you or your client in the process of taking out a mortgage, an initial mix proposal has been received, or you are in the process of building the mix, the user, himself or in collaboration with his customers (referred to as “the borrowers”), will upload to the platform the specific mortgage data, borrowers’ restrictions, regulatory data and market situation, which will enable us (the use of the words “us”, “us”, “ours”" etc., refers to us - Plutus) to automate, using unique proprietary technology, an examination of a very large number of combinations that will lead to the selection of the most suitable mix for the borrowers’ needs, and to offer details on the data of the selected mix, including comparison with competing mixes, if any.
The use of the masculine gender in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy should be read as referring to the feminine as well, and vice versa.

Users of the Service and their right to data

The Platform makes it possible to upload thedata of the specific mortgage, borrowers’ limits, regulatory data and forecasts on the market situation, by users, and receive after the calculation a new optimal mix or a competing mix, based on the data entered (the “Calculation Product”).(Customers and borrowers together will be referred to as “users.”)
As a customer, you understand and agree that Plutus only allows, through the Website, Discord server or any platform chosen by Plutus the aforementioned service, but it is not responsible, but you, the customer, are responsible and warrantthat you have full rights in the borrowers’ data uploaded to the system, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights if necessary, that by uploading them to the site you are not infringing the intellectual property rights of another, and that you may upload them to the Site for the purpose of obtaining a calculation product in accordance with the Terms of Service;that if there is a legal need, you have the borrowers’ explicit consent to share the data through the service, which also allowsdownload; and that you have received explicitly from the subjects and have all the consents required by law in order to send an invitation to borrowers to use the service on the site.
As a customer, you can also benefit from a dashboard with analytics and other non-personally identifiable information, which can be accessed using your unique username and password.
As a borrower, you may be asked during the registration process to provide an email, phone number, country of residence, name, and surname, so that we can send you information regarding the product of your calculation. As a borrower, you understand and agree that Plutus only allows, through the Website and Discord server, the above service, but it is not responsible, but you, the borrower, are responsible and warrantthat you have full rights in the data you provide and upload to the platform, Including copyright and other intellectual property rights if necessary, because the data is yours and not those of others, or alternatively if it is the data of another, then you have the legal right to make use of his data and receive from the site the product of the calculation in his case, that by uploading them to the site you are not infringing the intellectual property rights of another, and that you may upload them to the site for the purpose of receiving the calculation product in accordance with the terms of service.
The technology we use may yield results that are not accurate or perfect, and accordingly, errors and inaccuracies may occur in the calculation product, and/or a calculation product that does not belong to you may be obtained. You undertake not to download or make any use of data that does not belong to you that was received in error. The site will allow you to preview the calculation the product offered to you before you download it, to allow you to avoid data in which you are not interested.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered, of any kind, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets), on the Site, including, but not limited to, software, computer code, algorithms, technology, design, graphics, inventions, logo know-how, and any other proprietary content related to the Site, are the exclusive property of Plutus or (as applicable) of the Company’s licensors. You undertake not to violate these rights in any way.
Anycomment and suggestion to change, improve, amend, upgrade the site and the services offered on the site provided by the user will be considered information provided voluntarily to Plutus, and Plutus will be entitled to use it as it wishes and sees fit, including for the purpose of changing/upgrading the site and the service, without the need to provide any consideration, including royalties, to the user.
When you upload data to the Site or distribute it through it, you grant Plutus a non-exclusive, irrevocable (irrevocable) right hereafter to use the data for the purpose for which it was provided and distribute it to users of the Site in accordance with its mode of operation and purpose and the service offered therein.

Registration and verification

General

In the event that it will not be possible to provide the service or operate the site, properly or at all, due to force majeure such as: war or reserve mobilizationor military operation, terrorist incidents, natural disasters, health or sanitation, epidemics, general lockdowns, shutdowns or public reality that does not allow theprovision of the service or the operation of the site as usual, or in any other case that is not underPlutus’ control and due to which it is not possibleto do so, Plutus shall be entitled to announce postponement of deadlines / cessation of activity / cancellation of the service / siteand Discord server and to execute the noticein accordance with the circumstances.
